COACHING

Everyone knows what it's like to be late, forget an important event, or frantically work to finish something that's been put off. We have all experienced being disorganized or overwhlemed. For some people though, it's a regular part of their lives, creating frustration and adversely affecting relationships, careers, and self-esteem.

While much can be learned through books or seminars about how to get organized, reach your goals, or create change of some kind, using that knowledge and making those skills your own happens much more quickly and easily when you work with a coach. A personal coach can create a program tailored for your specific needs and preferences. You can use a coach for spot improvement, or over time for longer range goals, identifying your needs and then working together to keep you focused and moving forward.

Dr. Rotz offers coaching support that is tailored to the unique needs of the ADHD individual, as well as  general coaching services. If you would like to learn more about personal coaching for people with ADHD, the articles on the website of the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) are a great place to start: http://www.add.org/articles
